Actually, depende pa din naman sayo kung more on fundamentals ka kesa sa technicals. pwede din naman both eh. ako kasi personally, 70/30 ako sa trading. 70 (Technicals) 30 (Fundamentals) Tho, right now, iniwan ko kasi muna PSE haha! Crypto, Global Markets and Forex ako as of now.- Enma Stratos

Well, for REITs kasi iba yung valuation ng mga reits as compared to other companies. You will prolly check some things first like; rate of occupancy; who are the tenants; how long is their contract so on etc. Marami pang Reits na lalabas along the way. Kung more into dividends ka, better invest and stack more sa mga REITS. As of now, 2 pa lang ang reit sa PH. soon magiging 3 na. Always remember lang when it comes to stocks, not all companies listed sa PSE eh mandated magbigay ng dividends. Reits lang ang mandated ng governement magbigay ng...- Enma Stratos
