Just tried it again.
Mine worked.

@Circa All I did was install v7 for my phone architecture, sign in, add photos, edit, import preset and it crashes. using an old samsung j7 pro. Tried another phone, Oppo F11 pro, same results crashes and when I click the LR app again, I cant see the LR Camera photos option,Recently added, people.Just the blue (+) plus sign to add photos and when I click on it neither it works.

@Valkyrie I got it. You are actually doing it wrong. You can only import the dng files not that rar file. You have to extract the rar file first to view the files inside.

@Circa aye mate. I tried it manually but it's taking me forever actually by following this guide: https://expertphotography.com/lightroom-mobile-presets/.
I have to manually add all the dng as an album and create the preset manually and rename later.
Extracting it and importing later, my app would say "it could take awhile and tells me about a cloud server thing "
I can probably do it by putting an amount of patience for 3 or so hours... But that's probably fine with me.
