Infrastucture debt is a serious issue in China. Mahilig kasi sa high speed na build better more. Kahit palugi yung operation bawi naman daw sa real estate appreciation hence bigger real estate tax collection. Siguro for high-riisk projects it's better PPP na lang para spread ang risk ng financing anyway pareho naman makikinabang. Not like nung panahon ni Marcos, Sr. shouldered lahat ng gobyerno ang foreign debt financing kaya nag collapse ang ekonomiya natin nung di na makabayad dahil naubusan ng Dollar
