Give the members the option to upload gif avatar. Since bago pa lang naman ang forum, bigyan na lang ng ganung privilege kapag naabot ang certain requirement like reaching certain number of posts or threads, etc.

We cannot approve this yet,dahil sa continues update ng script nagcoconflict ang gif images. Wait lang ntin sa next update

Since using GIF avatar uses heavy resources in server, This privileges' is only available for those member who has special badges (Moderator, Contributor)
