hi legends! baka may maka tulong po sa akin dito sa issue ko. hndi ko po kasi ma OPEN ung mga adobe applications at games ko. eto po lumalabas na error kapag nag oopen po ako. na try ko na pong mag install ng DIRECTx and nanuod din po ako ng basic trouble shoot sa online kaso same issue parin po.. nag tanong po ako dito sa technician. sabi need daw po ng reformat at 1500 po hinihingi para maayus.

sana po ma pansin itong post ko.. salamat po in advance.

sir pakibigay naman po ng ilang detalye:
1. fresh install ba yung photoshop or portable?
2. anong version? (photoshop)
3. specs ng unit mo?
4. na-try na i-run as administrator?

hala grabe reformat agad. lol taenang technician yan ah.
na try mo na ba lodi mag uninstall/ reinstall?

Pag di nag work, try mo irevert kung ano yun recent changes mo from the time na working pa ang program.

Else, try restore point.

hi po @VahnLouie...

1. existing app na po ito - bale ginagamit ko na po ito before. may ibang game app din po biglang nagkaron ng same issue po.
2. 2020 po... tapus ung ibang application game ko po updated po every week..
3. see image below.
4. kaktry ko po ngaun. all apps po na may same issue di rin po nagana using run as admin po..

nag try narin po delete and reinstall ng games at ibang apps. pero same parin po

mukhang cause of malware sir ah, wala ka bang anti-virus or expired na? pwede mo itry yung system restore sir on the earlier month

try nyu po ito ts:
-download .net framework
-download Microsoft C++ Redist.
-run cmd as admin then type sfc/ scannow
-run cmd as admin then type DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
