I'm posting this hoping you could help my friend. Her files that she saves on the desktop went missing, she tried to find them, but she couldn't. It happened right after the update of Windows 10, which was 10 days ago. She's worried because the files that went missing are her work files. Can be retrieved? Her laptop is an Asus laptop running a Windows 10 OS.

Did you try to look for all the folder consisting of OLD WINDOWS OS?
Sana meron pa yun pero just incase use I-Care to recover your files hope it will recover pero low chance na yan kase 10 days ago pa po.
This is a lesson naren sa friend mo to save his/her files not on the local C or OS Partition Drive.
Im a new member hereby the way.
