Konting info lang po about me: (Ehem)
I started trading stocks just last year. Before that, literal na investor lang ako. Always looking for fundamentally sound companies and dun lang ako parati naglalagay ng spare cash ko. When ECQ started, nakita kong bumagsak yung portfolio ko. Mejo nabahala ako kasi ang laki ng paper loss ko eh.
By then, naisip ko, why not seryosohin ko yung pagti-trade? Kasi mukha naman promising din. That's when I decided to stop playing games for a while and start learning stocks.

At first, magulo talaga siya. Especially kung literal na wala ka talaga idea kung anung pinapasok mo. Sobrang daming terms, jargons and infos yung di ko maintindihan. (Literal na info overload) Naging sobrang messy ng notebook ko like natuto ako mag-steno sa dami ng mga isusulat ko. Of course nandyan na din yung mga blogs, vlogs ng mga sinusundan ko na traders pati groups nila.

I-ilan lang yan sa mga sinusundan ko. Search niyo na lang sila sa youtube. Marami kayo matutunan sa kanila. Be it Technical Analysis, Fundamental Analysis, Mutual funds, Dividends etc.

*As of now, since pababa nanaman yung PSEi, tambay muna ako (HOLD) liban sa mga Outliers na stocks. Ilan sa mga yung eh:

di ako masyado active sa ibang forums eh. usually nakatambay lang ako sa investa
Kung naguumpisa ka pa lang, I highly suggest that you follow investa (Investagrams). May mga tuts sila sa basics ng trading. (for free) Kahit sa youtube makikita mo sila. Active community sila.

Just be sure to stick with the TAs and FAs and not sa soc med hype.

TA - Technical Analysis

Sa Investa, matututunan mo lahat yan. Meron silang playlist ng basics sa youtube. Tho, patience lang talaga kasi mahaba yun..

ah i see, noted sir, nakikinig lagi aq sa mga podcasts and youttube vids sa mga info about investing kaya nakukuha ko na paunti unti ung mga basics then kpag fully packed na aq sa knowledge and extra money, pwde na ako mkapag start sa stock trading, im looking forward kasi sa long term, buy and hold then sa mga dividends yields ng mga common stocks po para ma achieve ko rin ung compounding interests sa cost averaging strat.

Kung more into dividends ka, better invest and stack more sa mga REITS. As of now, 2 pa lang ang reit sa PH. soon magiging 3 na. Always remember lang when it comes to stocks, not all companies listed sa PSE eh mandated magbigay ng dividends. Reits lang ang mandated ng governement magbigay ng ganun sa mga investors. Also avoid investing sa mga companies na hindi papunta dun yung pera. Makikita at malalaman mo naman kung which sectors/companies papunta yung pera. Remember that hindi mo makikita yung magagaling na companies kapag maganda yung takbo ng economy. Malalaman mo lang yun kapag gaya ngayon na bagsak yung market. Sino sino ba yung mga nag-iimprove ng services, nagi-initiate ng changes, pivoting and are adjusting to the new normal that we're having now.

Noted on this Sir, ano po masasabi mo sa bagong IPO na papasok ngaun sir? un Filin invest? as far as i know yan po ata ung sinasabi nyo sir na pngatlong REIT na papasok sa stock market?

Well, for REITs kasi iba yung valuation ng mga reits as compared to other companies. You will prolly check some things first like; rate of occupancy; who are the tenants; how long is their contract so on etc. Marami pang Reits na lalabas along the way. Nandyan yung URC, Megaworld, SM, I think pati yung Villar group papasok din ng Reit eh.

Sidenote: Bonus lang ang capital appreciation play sa mga Reits. Dividend play pa din yan.

Well explained sir , i got the point. kaya mahalaga talga ang fundamental analysis of each and every company na nasa stock market, mapa REIT, Common or prefered stocks pa yan, kailangan ng intensive analysis bago mo pasukan ng investment. This makes me a lot of information tulad kong newbie palang dito sa stock trading. i hope na mag prosper ka sir sa exchange mo ng mga knowledge sa ibang aspiring investors. ndi talga para sa lahat ang stock trading, kailangan talga ready ang mindset mo sa mga risks and losses.

Actually, depende pa din naman sayo kung more on fundamentals ka kesa sa technicals. pwede din naman both eh. ako kasi personally, 70/30 ako sa trading. 70 (Technicals) 30 (Fundamentals)
Tho, right now, iniwan ko kasi muna PSE haha! Crypto, Global Markets and Forex ako as of now.

ah nice sir, level up kana po pala hehe i'm looking forward to that field din also pero gagawin ko munang training grounds ang PSE for buy and sell trading. actually malayo sa current career ko tong pinapasok q ngaun, but anyway na curious lang talga aq sa stock market eh and gs2 q rin syempre na may mapuntahan na magandang terms ang mga savings q. narealize ko kasi na maliit lang ang return kung sa bank ko lng mastock ang pera q, kaya mas maganda na rin na ilagay q nlng sa investments. I really appreciate your advices sir, i hope we'll catch up soon.

tama naman to. Don't rush the journey. Magandang training grounds ang PSE as compared to other markets na nabanggit ko.
At the end of the day, Trading is simple but it's never easy.

hmm, hmm sa forex uu day trade na ko dun. Mabilis lang kase sa forex eh. Crypto naman tuwing weekends lang ako whole day bumabanat.
Global markets bihira. Mostly position trade lang din same sa PSE.
