Help Tips AMD Ryzen or Intel i-series?

Depende Sir eh, I suggest if for example mid range builds, mejo inclined ako sa Ryzen e, for the price to performance ratio, for High end Builds, more on Ryzen din, especially for productivity and multitasking, but for office/productivity setups na MS office apps, email, online business, I guess an Intel for the entry low level segment is advisable because of the price.
