Tonight I am here again waiting,

for an angel softly falling

Into my arms for her to hold

to rest her wings until they unfold



How i wished it would ever come true

Kissing me out from the blue

You said it's when the time is right and when the love is ripe

but for now..

Is another goodnight..



Of waking up in this reality

with people living in their own lies

Formidable, disguiseful brutality

How good they were to hide their own cries..



I can't hold back what's behind this eyes

So cold, so numb it's goin to drop

fighting it back or my heart be sliced!

But it's all but a bluff.



Oh! my angel! it's time to fly!

I'll give you back this only star

Place it again in the night sky

Were i can still see from a far



Because tonight i will be here again waiting

To catch it when it's falling

When the love is ripe

And the time is right.

but for now is..
