Flavanols, the Kuna, Cocoa Consumption, and Nitric Oxide

Maraming salamat! Sayang, sabi bago mag-hypertension maganda ang chocolate (o mali ba pagkakaintindi ko?).
I didn't read the whole article but I watched a video related to it. Pwede mong subukan baka makatulong na di lumala yung hypertension mo kung mataas na ang BP mo. Pero syempre dapat yung overall diet mo baguhin mo rin like eating more fruits and veggies and less meat, fatty & salty foods. Moderate exercise para mag improve yung circulation mo.
