My least favorite day
When I need to pretend everything’s okay
My back still aches from yesterday.
Life barely gives me some leeway
Started my day with a coffee in a mug
Honestly, all I need is a tight hug.
Staring blankly at the ceiling in my room
Thinking if I can disappear using a broom
Deep sigh, deep sigh
I wish that I could fly
Asking for a short nap to keep me high
Canon In D will be my lullaby
Eyes are tired and now it’s pouring
Quite sad, but need to keep going
Imma work a lil extra, then eat a cake.
Pretty sure fatigue can clear the ache
