TOSHIBA C660 Speaker not working on Windows 10

Need help... the speakers on my laptop are not working but when Headphones is inserted you can hear the audio. I have already installed the latest drivers on my laptop. NEED HELP PLEASE! Danke.

try mo ireset yung windows or reinstall windows mo sir

try ko na ito mag update driver and re format sir. wala pa rin.
