I'm a customer service representative for a US-based company, and I would like to ask if anyone here knows how to shorten the chat first reply time or first response time on Zendesk.

I've already created snippets for the most common customer issues and general inquiries, but I still fall between 15 and 14 seconds. Unlike my colleague, who can reach up to 10 seconds. A response would be highly appreciated.
 
Any help will be highly appreciated.
