High risk yung ginawa nila. Getting PR is easier kasi One Yr. work experience lang in Canada pwede na mag-apply under Canadian Experience Class even if umuwi sila and besides the kids can still work while on a student status. The risk is a Five percent down tapos 30 yr. mortgage. A lot of things can happen in that time i.e. layoffs etc. What if bumagsak ang property value like what's happening in Canada's major cities.
