The guy didn't mention it but this may be the scientific reason why the Japanese especially in Okinawa eat purple potatoes or locally known as "Ube" for longevity. Raw Ube is better than eating it mixed with sweet food like Halo-Halo coz cancer cells feed on sugar. Here's the link:
