Help Gigabyte MOBO not booting when it is cold

other than that wala naman problema.
Bago lang set up luma processor,Core i5 8500.
Without the case pag ka bili ko ng MB,saka ko binili yung processor sa 2nd Hand seller.
bi-noot niya using screw driver to short the power pin OK naman, wala akong doubt about his skills.
Other than my Processor at Case lahat bago na. I built my PC during this pandemic but I got the parts way before that.
Somewhere in January I got my Parts...from PC Express and In 2nd Floor above PC Express IDK is it J's PC tumbok ng hagdan pag akyat ng 2nd floor sa may gilid PC express....sa gilmore.

This is my setup.

Core i5 8500
FSP Hydro 600W
DDR4 8GB 2666 MHz
MB- Asus H310M-E R 2.0

I hope someone would have solution.

Hope you find solution.

With my setup, once booted na OK naman. I didn't have any problems...
I trust FSP Power Supply...but I'll still test it's stability using Multi Tester in the future maybe this Xmas break.

And lastly yung processor socket baka may bend na pin or yung procie mo mismo may problema

Sir medyo kakaiba yung issue ng motherboard mo. Basically eto pagkakaintindi ko:
1. Pag on mo ng unit, nagbo boot loop sya from POST to Windows loading screen.

Possible solution na pwede ko i-suggest is kalasin mo yung lahat ng parts including yung processor, tapos i heat gun mo yung motherboard. Good luck.

-everything seems to be fine, pappy.
Cpu baka overheat.... try to change psu mo sir..
brand new., i have 4 here.
Naka on ba fast boot?
no.. i hate fast booting.
check termal paste, check cpu fans or case fans, check cmos battery ,, check memory. check cables inside the case.
already did.
